Well this is my new adventure. I am putting this up even tho it is a work in progress. I am shooting for the site to actually be up and running in April. I have decided after looking at all the smoker builders that there is room for another builder. My angle will be cost. I am going to build smokers for the common guy. No fancy bells and whistle (unless ordered). I will stick to the basics but make insulated smokers affordable. I will also take orders for horizontal smokers as well. I am also located in the western part of the country. We have nothing for builders over here that I know of.
I have worked for years with making designs better and tweaking functions. I have been many things in my life a carpenter, general superintendent, project manager, caterer, cook, and welder. I am currently going to school for my BS in welding and metallurgy. I feel my smokers will stand up to all current ones being built.
There will be 2 or 3 normal(standard) size smokers. Along with a lot of options to choose from. Making it easier to keep with in a budget. Along with the standard sizes we will be able to make custom orders as well. From out of this world no holds bar smokers with everything to the simple back yard smoker. From verticals to horizontal reverse flows.
We will also have our own line of smoke generators and certain bbq or smoking accessories.
